Course The race start/finish is adjacent to the tennis courts and approximately 200m from the park café. The course will be the routes used for previous Surrey League fixtures with men running 2 large loops and women one small loop followed by one large loop.  The route will be marked with flags/signs/tape and there will be marshals at key junctions.  Recommended footwear will be fell shoes/spikes (or shoes with very good off-road grip).  There is a long and technical descent towards the end of the lap that requires particular care. We will be sharing the park and runners are requested to respect fellow users and take care as appropriate.

Changing/toilets Please note there are no changing facilities within the park.  There are public toilets on Bell Street by the entrance to the Morrison’s supermarket car park. First aid  Qualified first aiders will be attendance should medical assistance be required.  If hospital treatment is required the nearest Accident and Emergency department is at East Surrey Hospital, Canada Avenue, Redhill RH1 5RH
