Time: The youth race starts at 14:30 and the men's at 15:00.

Course: The race is a two lap course with the start location seen on the map on this page. The youth race is approximately 2.8 miles and the men's race approximately 5.6 miles. The course map can be found using the link located below the map on this page, which will take you to an external site. 

Travelling to the venue: Belgrave Harriers will be opening up their clubhouse for changing, shower and toilet facilities. There will also be tea available upstairs after the race for any interested. Belgrave Hall is on Denmark Road, just off the Ridgway, postcode SW19 4PG. It is just a 6 minute jog to the start from here.

The Fox & Grapes pub is located adjacent to the start, postcode SW19 4UN.

Parking: As with the first race on 10th October, there is free parking located at the Windmill car park. This is a 5 minute jog from the start. In the immediate vicinity to the start/finish area there's a fair amount of free parking on the Causeway and surrounding rounds, or on resedential streets a little further afield, such as of the Ridgway. Failing that there's plenty of Pay and Display on Southside. 

First aid: The closest hospital is Kingston Hospital, Galsworthy Road, Kingston upon Thames, KT2 7QB. There will also be first aid facilities at the course. 

Health & Safety: Runners should exercise care, looking out for running hazards such as muddy areas and tree roots. The course will be fully marshalled by club members in hi-vis bibs, including one section where the runners cross over a narrow road. Members of the public, including young children and dog walkers use the Common reguarly. As it is a public area, all users have the right to be there and should be respected so please take care along the course. 

Results: The results will be produced by Belgrave Harriers.
